Jeff Allen has been directly involved with commercial real estate since 1993 when he joined Midland Loan Services dealing with disposition of real estate for the Resolution Trust Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Allen had been managing construction of single family homes and commercial projects. He has worked as an economist for the Bureau of Labor Statistics in the gathering and processing of information for use in the Producer Price Index and he has experience in banking as a credit analyst, loan review officer and loan officer.

With the RTC winding down, Mr. Allen joined Midland Commercial Funding, gaining valuable experience working with loans within the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities industries. Mr. Allen was Senior Underwriter and Regional Underwriting Manager within the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) market with Midland Loan Services and its successor, PNC Real Estate Finance.
